Dr. Sargeant is a wonderful doctor and his staff is as well. They truly take the time to listen to one’s needs and gives you an answer one can understand. I wouldn’t trade the environment with them for nothing.

Being new to a city, it's tough to find a good medical team. Swedish Primary Care is great! You can tell they care because they listen. You're not just another patient. Dr. Banter really listens and takes his time with you, explains everything, gives you options, and is quick to follow up with lab/test results and suggests ways to improve your health instead of just trying to give you a pill. The whole team: front desk, MA, assistants, and the Phlebotomist are all amazing! (below it says "Add Photos"......sorry forgot to take a group picture..... maybe next time 😂)

This has nothing to do with the care I received, and everything to do with the billing practices. I was told I was in-network with the provider. Insurance was collected and confirmed upon scheduling and prior to the service date. I was absolutely shocked when I received two bills for the same date of service totaling $700 with no coverage. What was supposed to be an essentially free office visit, turned into $700. I had switched to this clinic because I was notified by my previous clinic that my previous PCP had fallen out-of-network with my insurance. The billing team has been so frustrating and unhelpful. My insurance even attempted to help fight this on a merged call to no avail. Surprises like this are exactly why they passed the "No Surprise Act." Given the lack of resolution after many lengthy phone calls, it leaves me no choice but to file a complaint with CMS. I also work in primary care and most practices have safe guards in place to prevent outcomes like these. I was in no way made aware that the provider was not in-network (I was actually was told the opposite) or that there may be additional charges. I obviously would not have proceeded with the visit had I known. I am

Dr Quache and his team are the best family practice on the eastside. They actually listen and care about thier patients. They are swift at getting back to you when you reach out and they just are very nice people and do their work til complete which is a great trait for a doctor to have. I would highly recommend this care team to anyone I care a lot about especially of your looking for long term PCP because Bill Quache and Christina ANRP are both young but yet still very wise and caring. Thanks guys for caring for me!

Im so blessed to have Dr. Bill Quach as my Primary doctor. He truly cares about my overall well-being and health. He is very thorough and addresses everything that needs attention regarding my health. I feel safe and know that I am in the right hands. The medical assistant and PCP are both fantastic.
